Abbreviations

Add HTML abbreviation markup to text with the following syntax:

*[HTML]: Hyper Text Markup Language
*[W3C]:  World Wide Web Consortium

The HTML specification is maintained by the W3C.

All usages of the abbreviation are picked up.
